Day 26 of 365:
How do you fuel the fires of optimism?
I always try to start my week in way that makes me feel good. Yesterday morning (Monday) I snapped two pics with my phone that perfectly sum up what I do to start my day (and the next four days) off on the right foot: (keep in mind, these images were taken at 6 am, so everything is a little dark!)
My simple plan of attack to ward off the Monday Morning Heebie-Jeebies:
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Go to the gym
These two simple steps are all I need to get me into a “Glass-Is-Amazingly-Full” frame of mind….
