I have ensured a healthy start to Spring with my little windowsill herb garden. These little plants are all the things I love about cultivating and growing my own edible plants:
Green and cheerful – exactly what I like to look at as I wait for the warmer weather that is promised as winter reluctantly fades away.
I do love my little sprouted herbs now, but can’t wait to enjoy them in my culinary creations all summer long.
(they also make excellent subjects to focus my camera on when photographing snow has lost its appeal…)
