You can look up at the sky everyday and never see the same thing twice.

Photographs of the sky fascinate me.  I don’t just see blue and clouds.  I see a gigantic canvas, covered end-to-end in the most spectacular, constantly evolving painting.

I have no control over how the sky will look in my images – I am in love with this element of surprise.

For a year I have been randomly pointing my phone upwards, capturing what ever passes over the lens.  All of the above images have been processed through Tilt-Shift (my most prized app).  It started out as an experiment – but has now morphed into a project of sorts.

Perhaps obsession is a better word.

I just can’t help myself – all I is see is a beautiful mystery.
