Depth And Shadows From A Volcano

(Single, Simple Images During November Because I Am Writing A Novel)

The image below is not mine – meaning, I did not capture it – and I have absolutely fallen in love with it…

The Hubby shot this while on a Geological expedition, studying and climbing volcanoes in Guatemala last winter.

I keep getting lost in the maze of shadows and sunlight.  I love that my eye falls off the end of the frame, following the triangular peak.  It seems to me like I am seeing the edge of the world.

Images you lose yourself in are by far the most effective…

I am getting it ready to have it  printed, matted and framed – I wanted to share it here too…

🙂
